In what is an incredibly exciting time for the TV industry we’re looking for a marketing executive with a passion for television and has experience in digital and retail marketing to join a fast paced team that lives and breathes digital and retail marketing.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager for Acquisitions with a dotted line into the Marketing Manager for Foxtel Now, you’ll be part of a marketing team that drives acquisition initiatives across our Foxtel and Foxtel Now portfolio.
The role involves ensuring creative integration of marketing campaigns across digital and retail channels and optimizing to ensure campaign effectiveness. It also involves the implementation of tactical digital marketing optimizations all focused around achieving sales targets.
Key role responsibilities
Creative campaign management for digital affiliates, retail marketing campaigns including agency briefing, developing / producing marketing communications
Assist marketing managers on ATL and BTL end-to-end campaign management and delivery
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in sales, brand, product, legal and content marketing, agencies and suppliers to ensure campaigns are implemented successfully and achieve maximum sales results.
Brief and manage the creative process with agencies and ensure appropriate approvals are received from key stakeholders.
Ensure all marketing assets not only sell Foxtel effectively, but deliver against Foxtel’s Brand promise, values and personality.
Ensure compliance across legal, product marketing teams and channel partners.
Develop strong relationships with the digital media team to ensure the correct assets are being developed.
Work closely with internal channel partners to ensure that relevant content is showcased (taking into consideration licensing agreements, broadcast rights and relevance to the retail channel)
Communicate and brief the Customer Service Centre as well as Sales, Marketing, Online and Channel Partners in regard to all marketing activity to ensure all have a clear customer journeys and understanding of campaigns.
Work collaboratively with the wider marketing and sales teams to ensure flawless execution of acquisition campaigns
Support marketing managers with creation and development of presentations and reports for management
In order to be successful & make a positive impact in this role you obtain the following attributes;
Tertiary level qualification in Marketing or a related field.
1-3 years’ experience in a marketing position with experience across retail and digital.
Telco / broadband experience desirable but not mandatory.
Strong ability to manage multiple retail and digital campaigns to strict deadlines.
Have an understanding of SEM and display fundamentals.
Excellent project management skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders to hit deadlines.
Experience with working regularly in Excel & PowerPoint.
Excellent communication both verbal & written.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Flexible approach to working out alternatives and coping with ever changing work demands
Able to cope under pressure and work with minimum supervision.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Excellent relationships management skills – must be confident and credible with a wide range of stakeholders, internally and externally, at all levels.
