We are seeking an experienced marketing professional within the Safety and Industrial segment, for the role of Product Marketing Manager / Country Activation Marketer (title within 3M) within our Abrasives Systems Division / Electrical Markets Division with market leading products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Drive and Lead Key area growth and demand generation campaigns in ANZ for required portfolio
Build in-depth understanding of market and related customer requirements for the Abrasives Systems and Electrical Markets Divisions in ANZ
Marketing planning, Program, and calendar development
Play a key role in developing & implementing the local marketing campaigns – this includes working with marketing agencies & area team
Manage competitive intelligence and market needs
Input into the portfolio implementation plan including strategic product reviews, phase-in and phase-out of products, gathering data on product performance and applications
Ensure local regulatory and packaging compliance for the portfolio
Key Criteria
Tertiary qualifications within marketing or related business disciplines
5 years min experience within a product marketing role preferably marketing within safety & industrial segments, or equipment that meets the needs of the manufacturing and/or industrial sectors
Experience penetrating existing and new markets and driving digital marketing campaigns
Experience in influencing sales teams including sales, regional marketing teams, operations and key opinion leaders
Strong communication and presentations skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks on a weekly and daily basis
Ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes
