Domayne is one of Australia’s leading retailers in the Furniture, Bedding and Homewares space. The Franchisor office is responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of the overall operations and providing recommendations on product selection and promotions.
We are seeking an innovative Product & Marketing Manager to join the Bedding team on a Full Time basis located in Homebush West.
Your new role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will take responsibility for developing the existing value propositions, executing go to market strategies along with supporting the wider team. You will also:
Develop and implement profitable plans to position and promote products
Research and keep up with current product trends to meet customer needs
Build and maintain strong, productive working relationships with Proprietors and other stakeholders
Ensure quality and value of products are kept to the highest standards
Plan and execute advertising strategies using multiple media channels
Communicate planned promotions and strategies with relevant stakeholders
Provide weekly updates to the business and ad-hoc reporting when required
About you
With a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, you will have a passion for design and style, a creative flair with the ability to innovate. You will also have:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
The ability to lead a diverse team and provide appropriate advice and direction
The ability to quickly build constructive, effective relationships with all stakeholders
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or suitable work experience
