SustainDigital have partnered with a global SaaS organisation who are looking to bring on a Product Marketing Manager to join their team. The role will focus on an APAC remit, eventually moving to a global scope to work across EMEA and the US in addition
The Company:
This businesses are very much in scale-up phase, with some impressive and well known clients. With an exciting leadership team, including ex-Atlassian, SafetyCulture, and Xero employees, they have a wealth of knowledge and experience on building great products and great businesses.
They have two offices, one in Sydney (HQ) and another in Europe, so there will global exposure here. They make a real effort to balance this out, however, with true flexibility and a commitment to work life balance.
In terms of product, they have an advanced analytics solution that is proven to have an incredibly impact on reducing greenhouse gases and improving sustainability. It's truly at the core of their mission, making the planet greener.
The Role:
You will be joining an existing marketing team of 5, across both the APAC and EMEA regions. This role will heavily focus on developing a strong GTM strategy as they move to become truly product led, leveraging excellent positioning and messaging to drive product and feature adoption.
They are looking for someone who can across both strategy and execution, with some support externally. A desire to still be hands on in some capacity is essential.
Close working relationships will include the wider marketing team, sales, product, engineering, and design. An ability to work with a range of key stakeholders and effectively prioritise in order to deliver the most impactful and effective campaigns is essential for this role.
Sydney based is the preference, however definitely open to a remote opportunity for the right candidate - don't let your location deter you from applying if this seems like a great match for your skills and experience. Occasional travel into the Sydney office will be required, and you must be based in Australia. Salary wise, they are looking at around $130K+S
